Johilly is just a 5 minute walk from Tintagel village centre, which offers a good selection of shops, excellent restaurants, tea rooms and pubs. Also in the village is the National Trust property "The Old Post Office" dating from the 14th century

Tintagel is renowned for it's famous castle ruins, the legendary home of Merlin the Magician and King Arthur himself, which attracts thousands of visitors from all over the globe each year.
Tintagel make a fantastic base to explore the many and varied daramtic sites of North Cornwall. The cliff walks are regarded by many as the most spectacular anywhere in Britain.
There are good surfing beaches at Bossiney cove, a comfortable walk from Johilly and at Trebarwith Strand, a short drive away.
Less than a mile away from us is the mysterious and beautiful Rocky valley, home to the enigmatic carved labyrinths and the ruined Trewethett Mill.
Also close by is St. Nectans Glen, a stunning 60ft waterfall at St Nectan's Kieve
